These terms govern your use of workplan.health, the website of WorkPlan, a trade name of HealthApply registered in the State of New Hampshire. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
The site gives educational information about CHOICE Arrangements, formerly called ICHRA, and lets you ask to talk with WorkPlan. It is not an offer to sell insurance, and using it does not make you a customer. WorkPlan provides services only under a separate written agreement.
Who WorkPlan is
WorkPlan is a trade name of HealthApply, a licensed insurance agency. WorkPlan's services do not include selling, soliciting, or negotiating insurance. Those activities are performed by the national agency assigned to your account. WorkPlan does not act as a third party administrator and does not recommend specific plans. Plan recommendations come from licensed professionals at that agency.
No advice
The information on this site is general and educational. It is not legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice. Talk with your own advisors before you decide anything for your business. Federal and state rules change, and they may apply differently to your situation.
The budget sketch
The budget sketch is illustrative arithmetic based only on the numbers you enter. It does not estimate your actual costs, savings, taxes, or eligibility, and it does not confirm that you meet any legal requirement. Penalty amounts shown are for 2026 and are adjusted each year.
Pricing
Prices described on this site reflect current pricing and may change. The charges that apply to you are set out in your written agreement.
Your use of the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, reach parts of it you are not meant to, copy it by automated means, or send us harmful or misleading content. Please do not send health information about any person.
What you send us
When you send a request, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

The site's design and content are owned by or licensed to HealthApply, doing business as WorkPlan. You may view the site and share its address for your own business purposes. You may not copy or reuse its content without written permission.
Other sites and services
The site may link to, or rely on, services run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
